Whatsapp Business Module (Send Message) error

I’m currently having trouble with delivering messages via Whatsapp Business. I believe i have the right setup because i am able to run scenario and my whatsapp message is able to be sent. However, if i leave my scenario trigger on to “immediately as data arrives”, i get an error that says “* Missing value of required parameter ‘to’.” after receiving more than 1 whatsapp message from my Whatsapp Business Watch Events Module

Although my parameters have all been filled.


Anyone else faced this problem before?

Can you share output from the module which you are using for phone number input?

I had a similar issue before, and it turned out the phone number format was causing the error. It helped to double-check that the number included the correct country code and was registered properly. I now use ultramsg for sending WhatsApp messages because it lets me avoid template restrictions and gives more flexibility with message content.
